Shahreen Hussain is a multi-disciplinary Visual Artist, Art Educator, and Designer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Driven by a lifelong passion for creativity, her work explores themes of peace, love, harmony, and inner spirituality. She captures the emotional complexity of the world and life’s journey through a versatile blend of contemporary, figurative, landscapes and life’s special moments mostly in  realistic styles. Utilizing diverse mediums—including graphite, charcoal, ink, acrylic, and watercolours etc.—she creates visually rich pieces defined by unique textures and depth.

Beyond her studio practice, Shahreen is the founder of Soul Art by Shahreen Hussain (est. 2019), where she shares her expertise through structured art education and her art works. Her teaching background includes serving as a Visual Art Faculty member at Springdale International School, private practice at Soul Art by Shahreen Hussain and leading freelance workshops for institutions such as Grace International School, Aurora International School and other institutions/ organisations. Additionally, she is the creative force behind her fashion venture, Shahreen Hussain Collection.

Shahreen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and International Business from North South University. Her formal creative foundation began with foundational studies in art, classical dance, and music at Emon Lalito Kala in Chittagong (which was affiliated with Shilpa Kala Academy Chittagong). Before committing fully to the arts, she built a robust corporate background, managing branding, advertising, and corporate sales for major telecommunications brands and MNC including Warid, Airtel, Robi and British American Tobacco Bangladesh.
